Dana came in with the most comprehensive preparation on the comparable homes in the area focusing not just on the ones in our area, but on homes from other Armonk neighborhoods, looking at the similar quality and renovations. She explained the services that she would provide and the value it would yield. I found her to be very poised, professional, and knowledgeable. She was assessable and commented clearly which built trust in the process. After giving her the listing we sold in 1 day on the market! Throughout the negotiation of the deal, she was very thoughtful. We ended on a fair market price and signed contracts swiftly.
